Technical release notes 3.1.6

• There is an important change to the way dependencies are processed during the LOPA calculation. See LOPA dependencies change in 3.1.6.

  A new management command “checklopa” was added to check for scenarios where the outcome of the LOPA calculation is now different because of the change.

  The windows upgrade installer will execute this command before updating all the calculations and list the differences in the file “lopacheck.txt”.

• A createdb management command was added. It combines the syncdb and migrate commands and installs the fixtures passed in as parameters.

• The windows upgrade installer now replaces the local_settings.py file of the existing installation. The original file can be found under the name local_settings.py.original.
